Biçer, who was born in 1998 in Eskişehir, started as a legal intern at Forseti Law Office after graduating from TOBB University of Economics and Technology Faculty of Law in 2021. After completing his internship in 2022, he joined our team. Also, he continues his Private Law Master’s Degree Program (Thesis) at Medicine Law in Özyeğin University.
